The consumer is the final link in the chain of wine sales. Taking the above into account, an advertising campaign focused on the US consumer was planned," - the Chairman of the National Wine Agency, Levan Mekhuzla, said.
In 2023, with the initiative and support of the National Wine Agency, a consumer-oriented advertising campaign implemented in the USA and cooperation with the media outlets such as CBS and CNN worked successfully, as a result, an unprecedented increase in the Georgian wine sales was recorded in the fourth quarter of 2023 and in the past period of 2024.
It should be noted that the United States of America is one of the most expensive markets for the Georgian wine, where an average price of one liter of the Georgian wine costs 6 USD.
