The event hosts up to sixty filmmakers, successful cinematographers and novice film directors. In the first year of the festival, an international short film competition will be presented, including twenty short films. 

The jury of the international short film competition consists of: the jury Chairman - Paolo Bertolin, selector of the Venice and Locarno International Film Festivals, and film directors Levan Koghuashvili and Ana Urushadze.

The best short film will be awarded the Goddess Dali Prize. The jury will also reveal the films of the best cameraman and the best film director. Within the framework of the festival, a presentation of 11 full-length feature film projects and trainings will be held by producer Vladimer Kacharava.

The winning projects will be awarded cash prizes with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia:

First place - 5,000 GEL;

Second place - 4 000 GEL;

Third place - 4 000 GEL.

The members of the jury are film directors Rusudan Chkonia and Giorgi Ovashvili. Producer Vladimer Kacharava, director Giorgi Ovashvili, producer Keti Danelia and editing director Levan Kukhashvili will hold master classes at the film festival. Masterclasses by Paolo Bertolin and Christophe Leparc will also be presented online.

The festival started on October 3 and will end on October 7.
