The Georgian Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili, alongside representatives from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission, engaged in discussions regarding the key directions of the country’s economic policy and ongoing reforms.
The parties reviewed economic indicators, assessed the current economic outlook, and examined the Georgian Government’s plans for fostering economic growth and implementing structural reforms, as reported by the Ministry of Economy.
The meeting also emphasized critical areas within the energy, transport, and communications sectors, particularly focusing on the development of Georgia as a regional transit hub and the various projects the Government is actively pursuing to advance this objective.
