Georgia's revenues from truck transportation has decreased. According to the revenues of the consolidated budget, in January-October 2024, 149,331,907 GEL was received from the handling of trailers, in the same period of 2023 - 151,700,551 GEL.

Accordingly, the budget revenues received from road usage fees in 10 months of 2024, compared to the same period of the previous year, decreased to 2.4 million GEL.

Based on the current financial indicators, 426,662 trucks crossed the corridor of Georgia in January-October 2024, and 433,430 trailers - in the same period of the previous year.

To be informed, the road usage fee for transit trailers on the border of Georgia is 350 GEL. The mentioned tariff has been effective from June 20, 2022. Before that, drivers had to pay 200 GEL.
