According to him, while in all positions in Ukraine, Saakashvili tried to exploit Georgia's achievements.

"There is a huge love towards Georgia in Ukraine. Ukrainians are convinced that your reforms are right, but you do not understand if the reforms are right, why Saakashvili should not come to Georgia and appear before the court reformed by him - he taught us how to reform the judiciary and police, but he did not dare to show by his own example how an impartial court would judge him. Everyone understood that this was pure demagoguery. He has no economic knowledge, he just had a very strong team in Georgia at the time, which changed the country, and Saakashvili was popularizing these ideas. 

When he lost the team, Saakashvili started promoting himself. When he could not be stopped by clever people, he began to talk nonsense. Respect for him in Ukraine has been zero for the last 2-3 years. All his political ratings were below 1%.Yet no one wanted enmity with him and he used to take advantage of it. He said: love me, give me a position and I will become your friend. Unfortunately, this policy has led us to that point he violated all possible laws and regulations," - Yuriy Lutsenko said.
