"A 5-star hotel will have a 25-meter swimming pool, health spa. Negotiations have almost been completed with the international operator Radisson. There is verbal consent from their side. This will be the first occasion, when the international level hotel chain will start operating in Racha,” - Khidesheli said.

According to him, the construction process mainly employs locals, and will continue in the same way after the opening of the hotel.

The investor is involved in the project by the Partnership Fund carrying out several million GEL worth of investment. 

To be reminded, Utsera resort is famous for its useful mineral waters; the mentioned village includes the most of Racha’s mineral waters.
