On the day of voting, a number of prohibitions established by law will come into effect. Taking into account the "Election Code", pre-election campaigning in the voting building is prohibited. It is not allowed to place campaign material within 25 meters of the entrance to the polling station. The mentioned material is subject to removal, dismantling and taking.
It is not allowed to physically obstruct the voter's movement in the voting building or within 100 meters from the voting building on the day of voting. It is also not allowed to gather people or register voters within 100 meters of the polling station.
It is forbidden to challenge a member of the Precinct Election Commission, to challenge or change his representative by the electoral subject.
It is prohibited to place and broadcast paid and free pre-election advertisements, programs of election subjects on television and radio, as well as making automated phone calls and sending short text messages for election purposes, within 8 hours before voting and until 20:00 on the day of voting.
It is forbidden to publish the results of public opinion polls related to the elections until 20:00 on the day of the election, except for the number of possible participants in the elections and the number of participants in the elections on the day of the election.
In order to ensure the secrecy of voting, it is forbidden to take photos and videos in the voting booth.
During the voting, it is forbidden to lock the polling station, interrupt or suspend the voting, unless it is impossible to ensure the universality, equality and free expression of the will of the voters.
The officials of the election administration are prohibited from making statements about the preliminary results of the elections, if these results are not properly published on the website of the CEC.
