As the Ministry reports, during the meeting, the sides discussed the issues related to water supply to the irrigation systems and development of the land market, and touched upon the global challenges caused by climate change and the ways to reduce its side effects.
Levan Davitashvili spoke about the implemented and ongoing projects to support the development of the agricultural sector and focused on those projects on reclamation infrastructure rehabilitation, which were carried out with the support of the World Bank. The Minister also stressed the importance of the results achieved in the field of agricultural land registration.
Sebastian Molineus promised his full support to Levan Davitashvili to meet the existing needs in the field of agriculture and environmental protection.
