A famous Georgian poet Davit Maghradze is paying a visit to the city of Rocca. A local publication has published an article about his visit. According to the publication, the Georgian poet met Councilor Ferdinando Di Leo in the historical center of the city.

At the meeting, Davit Maghradze recalled the experience he gained in the summer of 2019, when he was a guest of the poetry festival Federiciano and presented his poems to the audience.

According to  Ferdinando Di Leo, "Over time, Federiciano has become a cultural event of international importance and a major tourist attraction, the festival can turn Rocca Imperiale into a land of poetry, visited by thousands of tourists every year."

The publication notes that Davit Maghradze will be a guest of Federiciano in late August as a member of the prestigious award jury.

The article also mentions that Davit Maghradze is the author of the text of the national anthem of Georgia, held the position of Minister of Culture and was twice nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
