
Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili met with her Brazilian counterpart, Mauro Luiz Lecker Vieira, on the sidelines of the 2025 Dubrovnik Forum to discuss deepening cooperation between the two countries.
According to the Georgian MFA, the ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between Georgia and Brazil, particularly in the context of broader engagement with Latin America and the Caribbean. They discussed opportunities for high-level visits and collaboration in areas such as trade, tourism, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
The conversation also addressed regional security issues and the situation in Georgia’s occupied territories. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to advancing bilateral relations and maintaining close diplomatic cooperation.
