The National Tourism Administration continues intensive cooperation with international donor organizations (USAID, GIZ, EU, ADA, FAO, UNDP, EBRD, WB), which is focused on helping and strengthening the industry, as well as promoting sustainable tourism. In particular: preparation of strategic documents - Tourism Law, Eco-Tourism Strategy, Agro-Tourism Action Plan, Tourism Recovery Action Plan; development of new tourist destinations, products and services; small grant programs for the private tourism sector; promoting private and public dialogue and building a platform; popularizing the country's tourism potential; promoting digital transformation; improving the quality of services and organizing trainings for representatives of the tourism sector; support for the development of DMOs; updating and support the operation of tourism information centers as well as the recovery of the industry in the post-pandemic period (promotion of marketing activities for the private sector and submission of new initiatives).
In 2021, the National Tourism Administration prepared various agreements and memoranda to enhance bilateral international cooperation in the field of tourism with the following countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Korea, San Marino and Mauritius.
