China remains a strategic market for the Georgian wine, where, with the financial support of the National Wine Agency of Georgia and the Agency's contractor marketing company "Meiburg Wine Media", various marketing events were held in 2021 in order to increase the awareness and export of the Georgian wine.
According to the data of January-November, 2021, up to 5.5 million bottles of wine were exported from Georgia to China, which is 26% more than the same period last year.
