Guram Avaliani, Business Development Director at BTL Georgia, a company specializing in tourism services and event organization, has expressed support for the new marketing initiatives launched by the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA).
“We’ve received very good news – various tourism marketing campaigns are currently active in 31 countries,” Avaliani said. “Representative companies are actively promoting Georgia as a travel destination across the globe.”
He emphasized that ongoing international representation is a proven strategy in the tourism industry, as it ensures constant engagement and helps boost a destination’s visibility and appeal.
Avaliani noted that the planned efforts targeting European markets are particularly valuable. “Europe offers the most efficient operational mechanisms, making these campaigns especially significant for us,” he added.
The GNTA recently introduced a set of new international marketing campaign initiatives to the private sector. These campaigns are being rolled out in key markets across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with the goal of strengthening Georgia’s global tourism presence.
