
,,The directorate of Georgian Airways, including Tamaz Gaiashvili, is pleased about granting Georgia the status of the EU candidate country, which will be decided day by day. Reportedly, from the next year the company will introduce modern new planes, such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
"Many new destinations have been utilized this year, but Georgian Airways announces for the attention of passengers that next year we will add up to 60 weekly flights to Europe. At least, three flights will be performed per week in each direction.
In addition, Georgian Airways starts flights to Dubai from the end of this year, and from April next year to China (Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu). At least, three flights will be performed per week to these destinations.
Indian destinations such as Delhi and Mumbai, are also being considered.
The management of Georgian Airways states that its main priority is the safety of flights, naturally, along with comfortable passenger services.
All flights to the above-mentioned destinations will be operated only during daylight hours, with the rare exception of some eastern routes.
Georgian Airways will introduce new modern aircraft such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner from next year.
