According to Ioseb Archvadze, an economics expert, it is noteworthy that Georgia holds a leading position in the entire post-Soviet space, except for the Baltic states; even its immediate neighbors, including Turkey, are far behind it (Armenia ranked 55th, Russia - 70th, Azerbaijan - 86th and Turkey - 93rd). According to the mentioned ranking list, Georgia's immediate neighbors are Serbia (52nd place) and China (54th place). At the same time, Georgia ranks 14th in Central and Eastern European countries, including 11 EU countries.

"Georgia has been named one of the top ten countries worldwide in terms of infrastructure and market access improvement over the last ten years. Particular emphasis is placed on improving the Internet access rate of the population in Georgia, which increased by 20% in 2011 and by 70% in 2021. Progress has also been made in improving governance and the investment climate," - Ioseb Archvadze wrote in his Facebook post.
