A cooperation agreement was signed between the Georgian National Communications Commission and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) by a ComCom member Natia Kukuladze and the UNDP Deputy Permanent Representative in Georgia Anna Chernyshova. The goal of cooperation is to promote the use of the potential of the digital economy in society.
As part of the agreement, joint activities will be planned to increase the level of digital literacy, including: reducing the digital inequality, utilizing the potential of the digital economy, as well as spreading the use of electronic services and improving the digital literacy skills in society.
To be reminded, promoting the use of the Internet in society and reducing the digital divide are of the utmost importance for the Georgian National Communications Commission.
