The National Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia has hosted Chris Schalkx, the writer at the high-ranking publication Condé Nast Traveler. As the National Tourism Administration reports, during the tour, the famous traveler-writer got acquainted with the tourist direction, culture and cuisine of Georgia. Chris Schalkx will prepare an extensive article for the British edition of Condé Nast Traveler, which will be dedicated to the Georgian designers, the Georgian handicrafts, ceramics, cloisonne enamel, new concept stores, culinary and accommodation facilities.
The British version of Condé Nast Traveler has more than 300,000 readers a month. Publishing an article about Georgia's touristic destination in a travel publication will increase the country's awareness in the UK and help attract tourist flows.
“Chris Schalkx also prepares articles for well-known publications: CNTraveler, T + L, Design Anthology, AD, Telegraph and Wallpaper, - the report says.
