November 21 is the last date (no later than the 26th day after the election) when the CEC should summarize the results of the parliamentary elections and publish the summary protocol based on the protocols received from the district and precinct election commissions and the final decisions of the court.
CEC will publish the document on its website immediately after summarizing the final results of the elections and will also hand it over to the "Legislative Gazette" for publication, which will publish it within two days.
The mandates of the members of the parliament will be distributed to those political parties that will receive at least 5% of the votes in the elections. In the number of votes of the voters participating in the elections, the number of votes provided by the ballots known to be invalid will not be counted.
To determine the number of mandates received by a political party, the number of votes received by it is multiplied by 150 and divided by the sum of votes received by all political parties that received 5% of the actual votes of the voters participating in the elections. The whole number obtained is the number of seats won by the political party.
If the sum of the mandates received by the political parties is less than 150, the unallocated mandates will be received by the political parties with better results.
Within two days after the summary of the final election results, the CEC will register the elected members of the parliament and give them a temporary certificate of election as a member of the parliament.
