"Ukrainian citizens stranded in Georgia due to the outbreak of hostilities in their country following the Russian invasion will be able to bring their children to kindergartens without any fees starting the next week. The City Hall will continue to support Ukrainian families until they need it," - Kaladze said.
As Kaladze noted, on the instructions of the Prime Minister, Irakli Gharibashvili, Ukrainian citizens living in Georgia are provided with free housing and food.
In addition, the Tbilisi City Hall has launched various programs for Ukrainian citizens, including free travel by public transport, etc.
As for the amount collected to help Ukraine, according to the Tbilisi Mayor, 1,117,000 GEL (about $346,405/€315,005) has already been raised so far.
