The festival will host two major events this year: a performance by James Thiérrée "Moss Concert" and the installation art by Mikheil Baryshnikov with the film "Never Again". Also, the festival includes the most important part - the educational direction, workshops and master classes focused on modern technologies, the theme of which is the introduction and use of digital technologies in the performing arts.

The Tbilisi International Theater Festival was established in 2009 with the support of the Tbilisi City Hall and the Ministry of Culture. For 13 years, the festival has hosted more than 200 international companies.

The guests of the festival were such stars as: Robert Lepage, Eimuntas Nekrošius, Giorgio Streller, John Malkovich, as well as Pippo Delbono, Silvio Purcarette, Akram Hani, Krzysztof Warlikowski, Maia Klechevska, Philip Jant, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Alvis Hermanes and others. The theatrical event together with them, hosted the companies, to which the Tbilisi Festival opened a new and great way to international recognition.

The Tbilisi International Theater Festival will close on December 10.
