
In November 2025, remittance inflows to Georgia reached USD 298.4 million (GEL 807.9 million), marking an 11.9% increase, or USD 31.7 million, compared to the same period in 2024, according to data released by the National Bank of Georgia.
The National Bank reported that a total of USD 3,308.5 million was transferred to Georgia during the first eleven months of 2025.
EU countries accounted for the largest share of remittances in November, contributing 45.5% of total inflows, or USD 135.8 million. Remittances from the EU grew by 14.2% year-on-year, with Italy, Germany, and Greece leading among member states.
Remittance flows from the United States also continued to increase. Transfers from the U.S. rose by 15.5% compared to November 2024, reaching USD 57.8 million.
Meanwhile, outward remittances from Georgia totaled USD 36.8 million (GEL 99.6 million) in November 2025, representing a 10.3% increase from USD 33.3 million recorded in the same month last year, the National Bank said.
