“In the January-March period, 77,045 tourists from the EU countries and Great Britain arrived in Georgia. The increase compared to the data of 2019 is 44.4% (23,677 visits),” - the National Tourism Administration of Georgia. 

In the first quarter of 2024, the highest number of visits to Georgia was recorded from Poland with 11,734 tourists, which exceeds the data of 2019 by 67.1%, followed by Germany with 11,005 visits, a 46-increase; the United Kingdom with 6,484 visits - 27%-growth - compared to 2019.

The number of international travelers and international tourist visits is calculated according to the methodology developed through the recommendation of the World Tourism Organization and includes already made and completed visits.
