Within the framework of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Japan, the Georgian Film Festival continues in Tokyo.
The Georgian Film Festival opened at the Iwanami Hall, one of the oldest cinemas in Tokyo, earlier this month. A total of 35 Georgian films will be screened within the festival. The co-organizers of the festival, along with the Embassy of Georgia, are a fan of Georgian culture, Takehide Harada, and a well-known Kartvelologist, Yasuhiro Kojima, who translated the Georgian films into Japanese.
