The Kvereti Area planned to be protected is characterized by unique biodiversity, ecosystems and landscapes of national and international importance. Here we can find rare, unique, characteristic and endangered wildlife species of Georgia, which are included in the Red List of Threatened Species of Georgia," the Georgian government said.
