Within the framework of the digital transformation project, the National Tourism Administration of Georgia has launched two new projects.
places.georgia.travel and the visitor feedback project was presented to the public by the head of the National Tourism Administration, Maia Omiadze. The representatives of the field of tourism attended the presentation.
The places.georgia.travel portal helps the tourism sector to effectively introduce services to the digital ecosystem. On the portal, the visitor can easily find information about tourism services, use them and provide further feedback, while the representatives of the private sector can effectively present their business, generate new orders and process further statistical data.
The representatives of the tourism industry and related sectors can display their facilities and services on the platform with a simple registration form.
Through the platform, at any time, both Georgian and foreign travelers can make a position, which, if necessary, will be followed by an appropriate response.
Based on the analysis of information received through electronic questionnaires, the level of various tourism products and services will be evaluated, trends and needs will be identified throughout the country.
The feedback platform serves to correctly process the feedback received from visitors, timely identification of important issues and development of further effective work plan to improve the existing challenges.
