The Hungarian low-budget airline Wizz Air ranks 2nd by the number of passengers transported, serving 279,663 passengers in 7 months and occupying 12% of the market. As of the January-July data, the Turkish airline Pegasus Airlines, which served 206,512 passengers through the international airports of Tbilisi and Batumi, is the owner of 9% of the share of the Georgian aviation market and therefore ranks 3rd in the TOP-5.

The United Arab Emirates airline Flydubai and the Israeli Israir Airlines are the owners of 5-5% of the market and are respectively occupying the fifth place.
According to the flow of passengers transferred through the airports of Georgia during 7 months, a 4-4% share of the Georgian air market is owned by the Azerbaijani airline AZAL, the Saudi Arabian airline Flynas and the Kazakh airline FlyArystan.
As for the rest of the airlines, the Georgian airline Georgian Airways, the United Arab Emirates airline Air Arabia, the Israeli airline EL AL and the Polish airline LOT Polish Airlines share a 3-3% share of the market depending on the flow of passengers. The following airlines have a 2-2% share of the market: Lufthansa, Aircompany Armenia, Qatar Airways, Air Astana and Wizz Air Abu Dhabi.
It should be noted that in January-July 2022, 97% of the passengers at the Georgian air market were served by foreign airlines, and the remaining 3% - by the national airline. The percentage decrease or increase for this or that airline depends on the total passenger flow in a particular year and the number of passengers transported by a particular airline during the reporting period. Against the background of the changes in the number of passengers, the previous share of this or that company is adjusted from year to year.
