The monthly rise was primarily driven by an 11.7% increase in average monthly nominal wages within the construction sector, which alone contributed 2.2 percentage points to the overall index change.

When compared to February 2022, the CCI has increased by 23.5%, reflecting sustained upward pressure in construction costs over the past three years.
