"I want to express my gratitude to the European Union, who has been a major supporter of Georgia's efforts to develop new environmental systems. Generally, widespread participation is crucial to the development of green development and economy systems.
Labeling issues are very important, and it is also important to create a new legal system that encourages purchases where new, green technologies will be used, which have been proven worldwide to be beneficial both financially and for our health and correct production processes.
The second important component of green procurement, which is on the agenda, is to encourage the purchase of products that can be recycled and reused. I think we are on the right track in this direction", - Maia Bitadze comstatedmented at the meeting.
