The opening event focused on the importance of improving response to health threats. At the ministerial, the parties talked about the possibilities of using the GHSA platform in the post-Covid-19 era - in the direction of sharing the experience gained in the pandemic management, prevention, preparedness and response. The management of viral infections and, for this purpose, the possibilities of strengthening the national immunization program was highlighted.

Along with the Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories of Georgia, Labor, Health and Social Protection, the Deputy Minister Ilia Ghudushauri is also paying a visit to the Republic of Korea.
