Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Irakli Nadareishvili has rejected allegations from some opposition groups suggesting that real estate within the Eagle Hills developments is intended primarily for foreign nationals, leaving Georgian citizens without access.
Nadareishvili called the claims “utterly absurd,” emphasizing that it is inconceivable for a major real estate project in Georgia to exclude local buyers.
“Naturally, the target audience of these projects is and will continue to be Georgian citizens,” he stated.
The Deputy Minister also noted that property pricing in the Eagle Hills projects will be aligned with Georgia’s current economic realities.
He stressed that prices cannot fall outside commercially viable parameters such as construction costs and market conditions, adding that past Eagle Hills developments in other countries show no basis for the concerns being promoted.
Nadareishvili highlighted that the company’s sales office on Rustaveli Avenue ensures direct access for Georgian buyers. An active marketing and pre-sales campaign is expected to launch soon.
Addressing rumors of preferential pricing policies or nationality-based contract clauses, he said such claims are “completely unthinkable” and “frankly laughable,” assuring that these myths will be disproven in the near future.
