In 2024, Georgia's exports (excluding non-declared exports) totaled USD 6,560.4 million, reflecting a 7.8% increase year-on-year, according to the National Statistics Service (GeoStat).
Domestic exports accounted for 45.8% of the total exports, amounting to USD 3,007.1 million, which represents a 5.0% increase compared to the same period in 2023. GeoStat also revised its domestic export data from 2019 onward, following the reclassification of certain commodity flows from re-exports to domestic exports.
In terms of trading partners, the share of the top ten countries by domestic exports comprised 72.9% of Georgia’s total domestic exports. The leading partners were Russia (USD 653.4 million), Türkiye (USD 402.5 million), and China (USD 273.4 million).
Among the top export items in 2024, ferro-alloys reclaimed the leading position, with exports totaling USD 321.9 million, or 10.7% of total exports. Wine made from fresh grapes followed, with exports amounting to USD 274.7 million, representing 9.1% of total exports. Spirituous beverages ranked third, with exports totaling USD 250.2 million, constituting 8.3% of total exports.
