
In June 2025, Georgia’s Construction Cost Index (CCI) rose by 1.1% compared to May, and by 6.1% year-on-year, according to recent data.
The monthly increase was primarily driven by a 4.8% rise in average nominal wages in the construction sector, contributing 1.15 percentage points to the total monthly CCI growth.
On an annual basis, the CCI increase was largely attributed to:

A 23.5% surge in construction sector wages, contributing 4.85 percentage points, and

A 2.1% increase in construction material prices, adding 1.25 percentage points to the overall change.
