
The National Bank of Georgia published the adjusted figures for tourism revenues. In the first quarter, Georgia received $393.7 million from international visitors. Among them, the revenue received in March was $ 174.5 million. The recovery in tourism revenues compared to January-March 2019 ($578.4 million) is 68% compared to the pre-pandemic rates.
The revenue from tourism/the data published by the National Bank of Georgia:
• January - $114 million;
• February - 105. $2 million;
• March - $ 174.5 million.
In March, Georgia received the highest revenues from Russian ($34.3 million) and Belarusian ($29.3 million) tourists, accounting for 36.4% of the total revenues. The contribution of Israel and Ukraine (with $15.2 million and $14.1 million) to the revenues was significant.

• Saudi Arabia - $12.1 million;
• Iran - $10.7 million.
