Georgia's Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Irakli Nadareishvili emphasized Georgia’s growing success in two key areas: the export of professional services and the development of the IT services sector. He highlighted the country’s progress in expanding the remote delivery of business services and processes.
"Georgia has achieved significant success in both directions," Nadareishvili stated. "Today, more than 150 technology companies operate in the country, including global firms that export professional services. This has resulted in several thousand new jobs and export revenues amounting to several billion."
He noted that Georgia is now considered one of the leading regional centers for the remote delivery of business services, with a rapidly developing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The presence of major international companies operating in Georgia underscores its competitiveness in the global market.
The achievements of recent years are actively assessed and promoted by the Enterprise Georgia Agency, which supports investment and business growth in the country.
