According to official statistics, the volume of goods of this denomination imported to Georgia for organ therapy was 0.13 tons in January-March. 

As for the annual data on organ imports and the countries, where Georgia buys goods, according to Geostat, Georgia reported the highest import rate during the last ten years in 2012 (183 thousand dollars, 0.74 tons). It should be noted that in the first year of the pandemic, Georgia spent 155 thousand dollars to purchase 0.23 tons of organs. Last year, the value of 0.44 tons of imported goods amounted to 89.9 thousand dollars.

According to official statistics, the largest supplier of glands and other organs for organ therapy to Georgia is the United States (the value of goods amounts to 77.9 thousand dollars), followed by the United Kingdom (the value of goods amounts to 3.8 thousand dollars), Hong Kong (the value of goods amounts to 3.3 thousand dollars), Germany (the value of goods amounts to 2.1 thousand dollars), Australia (the value of goods amounts to 0.9 thousand dollars). Importing countries include: Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Israel, Belgium and Switzerland.
