The Bank of Georgia continues to support projects to promote the tourism and hospitality sector in Georgia. A wellness complex was opened in Tskaltubo in partnership with the bank. The total cost of the project is GEL 20 million. The bank's investment as part of the Enterprise Georgia Agency amounts to 35% of the value. The financial resources provided by the bank were used for the construction of the hotel and restaurant.
"Our wellness complex is distinguished by its location - on the territory of the Tskaltubo Park, in greenery, and includes the Park Hotel Tskaltubo, the Magnolia restaurant and the Bee Healthy balneological spa center. The hotel includes 45 rooms offering various high-quality services to our customers. These are: mineral spring baths, consultation with a doctor, underwater massage, physiotherapy, balneological and cosmetological procedures, therapeutic massage. Thermal-radon mineral water of Tskaltubo cures up to sixty diseases in total. Its natural water temperature at any time is +35-33 degrees. The procedure takes place in constantly running water, during which a patient is exposed to 500-1500 liters of water in the body, which further enhances the healing effect. Also, our visitor can use the high-class restaurant service, open bar and terrace. About 150 people are employed in the complex. We are planning to further improve the hotel and arrange a pool", - the founder of the hotel, Nata Kakabadze, explained.
To be informed, radon waters have unique healing properties that strengthen the immune system, activate blood circulation, regulate blood pressure, improve metabolism and promote cell recovery and regeneration. It also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
