Brussels, the capital of Belgium, hosted a large-scale tasting of the Georgian wine - Georgian Natural Wine Day, at which 10 Georgian wines of different types were presented.
About 1,000 guests, including journalists, bloggers and representatives of the commercial sector, attended the tasting.
The event was organized by the contractor company FLOW SRL of the National Wine Agency of Georgia.
A similar large-scale presentation of the Georgian wine will be held in Brussels at the end of June this year, which will contribute to raising awareness and diversifying export markets.
Promotion of the Georgian wine in the international markets is one of the main activities of the National Wine Agency. As part of the promotion of the Georgian wine, since 2013, the agency has been carrying out targeted advertising and marketing campaigns in the USA, Europe and Asia in order to diversify markets.
