Wine exports from Georgia increased

Wine exports from Georgia have increased. Namely, according to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, as of January-February 2022, 11,263 tons ($ 33,196 million) of wine were exported from the country, compared to 7,652 tons ($ 23,234 million) in the same period last year.
The list of the Top 10 countries, where the Georgian wine was exported in January-February 2022, is as follows:
- Russia - 7,189 tons ($ 20,054 million);
- Ukraine - 1,036 tons ($ 2,708 million)
- Poland - 1 002 tons ($ 2,589 million);
- Kazakhstan - 410.8 tons ($ 1.305 million);
- China - 376.4 tons ($ 1.456 million);
- Latvia - 183.3 tons ($ 572.6 thousand)
- The United Kingdom - 143.2 tons ($ 526.7 thousand);
- The US - 108.4 tons ($ 651.8 thousand)
- Germany - 106.5 tons ($ 526.6 thousand);
- Mongolia - 102.7 tons ($ 382.3 thousand).
