As Giorgi Salakaia stated in the TV program, Marine Tsertsvadze made the decision stemming from a xerocopy of a non-existent document.

It should be noted that Tsertsvadze's decision was annulled by the Court of Appeals, but, unexpectedly, the lawsuit was returned to the Telavi Court.

"Of course, the decision made by this woman was so shocking to us, I will tell you directly, we did not even have a lawyer to hand our defense, it was so absurd. We thought they were probably delaying the time, but after the decision had been made, we became curious. This woman, Marine Tsertsvadze, who is a courageous representative of the National Movement, was appointed to this position during Pavle Kublashvili's tenure as Secretary of Justice; she is the chairwoman of the Telavi Court. Actually, a person, who has a positive attitude towards the National Movement, has never lost a court case there," - Giorgi Salakaia said.

According to Giorgi Salakaia, the plaintiff is a company registered somewhere in an offshore zone, about which nothing is known – even its address does not exist. “It is a fictional company that wants to steal $ 5 million from Badagoni and then go somewhere in an unknown direction," - Giorgi Salakaia stated.

The founder of "Badagoni" also recalls the case filed against the company in 2017, during which the financial police raided the company's office and conducted a search there. Giorgi Salakaia says that the same group is still acting against Badagoni. 

“The author and implementer of the idea was Davit Bezhuashvili, who had been interested in the current events around Badagoni for various purposes over the years, and the former Secretary of Justice, now the owner of a private company, Paliko Kublashvili, had been providing it with legal support. He was the head of operations for this group. As you know, Bezhuashvili has been known for his contacts under any government," Salakaia said. 

According to him, the attack carried out on Badagoni in 2017 was determined after the return of Bidzina Ivanishvili [a Georgian politician, billionaire businessman and philanthropist] to the post of Prime Minister. 

"That time coincided exactly with Bidzina Ivanishvili's return to power and the case was resolved, however, the part of the Prosecutor's Office that was investigating the case worked best, while, in contrast, the Financial Police, which had initiated everything, worked terribly, because the assignment was probably given to a specific person. The media activity [without which, in fact, I cannot imagine business today] was very important in all this," - Giorgi Salakaia stated.
