Returning to the Holy Land after 300 years - what will the Georgian monastery near the Jordan River look like - the project, which was developed by Georgian specialists taking all the national, Jordanian and UNESCO recommendations and traditions into account, is already ready.
The head of the Georgia government, Irakli Gharibashvili, personally presented the project to His Holiness the Catholicos-Patriarch.
According to the authors of the project, this will be a culture centre that will make guests feel like they are in Georgia and will introduce the Georgian traditions and culture to them.
