“We stand with the government and people of Georgia in their efforts to advance transparency and democratic governance,” - the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on Twitter.
“Today I designated four Georgian former and current officials for significant corruption, making them ineligible to enter the United States. We stand with the government and people of Georgia in their efforts to advance transparency and democratic governance,” US Secretary tweeted.
The U.S. State Department on Wednesday blocked four Georgian judicial officials Mikheil Chinchaladze, Levan Murusidze Irakli Shengelia, and Valerian Tsertsvadze from entering the country.
