“Our very successful high-level visits to Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are important part of our vision and campaign. We understand that a very large cargo flow can be transported to the so-called Trans-Caspian Corridor precisely from Central Asia. The Caspian basin is rich in the so-called hydrocarbons, gas and oil, petroleum products and energy resources, and this is interesting for Europe,” - the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili said.
“President Aliyev's visit to Georgia served to strengthen the economic relations between our two countries. We have planned important projects that will take Georgia to a qualitatively new stage as a transit country. The transit potential of the country will bring a new positioning at the international level and will make Georgia and Azerbaijan even more attractive and interesting for Europe and the international community," - Davitashvili declared.
