According to the Ministry, Informative meetings are being actively held in the villages with low vaccination rate. The vaccination campaign in rural areas aims to jab the population aged 50 and over.

“The 200 GEL vaccination promotion campaign is in force until February by the decision of the Georgian government. Georgian citizens above 50 years of age will get a 200-GEL incentive after receiving a first dose of the vaccine, while  a 100-GEL incentive for a booster shot,” the Ministry of Health stated.
