US to help Georgia preserve Jvari Monastery

According to the US Embassy in Georgia, Counselor Chollet toured Jvari Monastery, the gem of Georgia's historic and cultural heritage, which the U.S. is helping preserve though the Ambassador's Fund for Cultural Preservation.
"Since the United States and Georgia established diplomatic relations in 1992, we have invested more than $2 million to help preserve Georgia’s history and culture,” - the US Embassy in Georgia reported.
