Major General Thomas Carden of the US State of Georgia National Guard visited the Georgian National Guard. General Roman Jokhadze hosted the American senior defence official.
According to the Defense Ministry of Georgia, the parties discussed future cooperation issues.
The Georgian National Guard has been cooperating with the National Guard of the US state of Georgia since 1993. The cooperation aims to exchange professional skills and experience.
