The US Embassy handed over USD 13 million worth of X-ray scanning equipment to the Revenue Service of Georgia for strengthening border security, said Ambassador Robin Dunnigan, following the meeting with Revenue Service Head Levan Kakava.

According to the US Embassy, the ambassador thanked her partners at the Georgian Revenue Service for their diligent efforts against sanctions evasion, illicit trade and proliferation.
