U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Alan Purcell formally introduced Colonel Jonathan Adams, the new U.S. Defense Attaché, and Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Underwood, Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation, to Georgia’s Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Irakli Chikovani.

According to the U.S. Embassy, the meeting focused on reviewing and strengthening the ongoing military partnership between the United States and Georgia.
