Two paintings returned to National Gallery of Georgia

On the initiative and through the efforts of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia, two paintings temporarily transferred to the Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Greece in the 1990s were returned to the Dimitri Shevardnadze National Gallery of Georgia.
For this purpose, specifically, a representative of the Ministry of Culture paid a visit to Greece, who officially obtained the canvases.
Givi Toidze's "Old Tbilisi" and Kote Chankvetadze's "Still Life" will be placed in the National Gallery from today
