Georgia's truck imports have seen a significant increase. According to the data published by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT), the country imported 16,085 trucks valued at $198.4 million during the period from January to November 2024, setting a 15-year record. In comparison, during the same period in 2023, Georgia imported 14,491 trucks worth $154.185 million.
The primary sources of these truck imports are China, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, and France.

- China: 1,248 units, valued at $49.25 million (average price per unit: $39,400)
- Germany: 4,609 units, valued at $40.625 million (average price per unit: $8,800)
- Turkey: 625 units, valued at $30.304 million (average price per unit: $48,500)
- The Netherlands: 2,449 units, valued at $14.735 million (average price per unit: $6,000)
- France: 851 units, valued at $11.631 million (average price per unit: $13,600)
Additionally, Georgia imports trucks from countries such as Japan, Poland, and Belgium.
Re-exports of trucks have also reached record levels. In the period from January to November 2024, Georgia exported 4,683 trucks valued at $54.717 million, compared to 4,024 trucks valued at $43.052 million during the same period in 2023.
