Economic indicators between Kazakhstan and Georgia in numbers are as follows:
In the 6 months of 2023, the trade turnover of Georgia and Kazakhstan amounted to 315.5 million US dollars, while in the same period last year, it was only 95.3 million US dollars.
In the current year, earnings from imports amounted to 14.9 million US dollars, while from re-exports - 267.4 million US dollars and from local export - 33.1 million US dollars.
As for re-export, light vehicles constitute the largest share, and $235.7 million out of $267.4 million are re-exports of automobiles.
To be reminded, the Prime Minister of Georgia visited China together with the members of the Cabinet of Ministers.
During his speech at the China-Georgia business forum, Irakli Gharibashvili spoke about the port of Anaklia, among other issues. In his words, the mentioned one is an "ambitious project" of the Georgian government.
